Preparation of tortellini / ravioli / Maultaschen

Frozen in:

  • Cook for approximately 4-6 minutes in boiling salted water or heat directly in sauce.
  • Cook for approximately 4-7 / 3-5 minutes at 100°C using steam, lightly oiled and salted beforehand.
