Our 300g AL FORNO Star products offer plenty of variety for all lovers of hearty Italian cuisine – including vegetarians. Twelve uniform 300g portions and 32 75g portions per 1/1 GN container allow for freestanding preparation without any end pieces, ensuring optimal presentation for your guests.

(Preheated): approx. 40 minutes, 170-180°C, baked until golden brown.

(not preheated): approx. 40-50 minutes, 170-180°C, baked until golden brown.
Once the core temperature (approx. 65-70°C) has been reached, let the lasagna rest for about 3 minutes, then divide into portions.

Bake at 170-180°C (convection oven) for approximately 10-12 minutes (frozen) or 5-6 minutes (thawed) until golden brown, then let rest briefly.

Bake at 250°C, 80% microwave: approx. 4-5 minutes (frozen) or 2 minutes (thawed) until golden brown, then let rest briefly.

Bake at 170-180°C (convection oven) for approximately 10-12 minutes (frozen) or 5-6 minutes (thawed) until golden brown, then let rest briefly.
