Machine operator (m/f/d)

Bon Pastaio GmbH has been producing filled and frozen pasta products for professional kitchens in the restaurant, catering, canteen, and large-scale consumer sectors for over 40 years. We are a family-run, medium-sized company with approximately 60 employees, supplying customers throughout Germany and Europe. Our products are made from the finest ingredients and are of the highest quality.

And we're looking for reinforcements in production. We're not about big titles – we're about honest work, good teamwork, and the best pasta. As a family business, we're always looking for people who are hard workers and a good fit for our team.

To support our production team at the Falkenberg site, we are looking for:
Machine operator (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Operation, monitoring and control of a product line/production plant for pasta and pasta products 
  • Control of the production process with regard to quality, quantity and hygiene
  • Planning responsibility regarding the available raw materials
  • Performing minor maintenance and repair work, as well as troubleshooting simple malfunctions
  • Compliance with all hygiene, safety and quality standards according to food law (e.g.B. HACCP, IFS); Ensuring compliance with formulations with subsequent documentation within the HACCP concept
  • Close collaboration with the team in production, quality assurance and technology
  • Continuous participation in the ongoing development within the IFS standard at the site
  • Work in a 2-shift system from Monday to Thursday, Fridays in 1-shift operation, no weekends

your qualification

  • Advantageous but not mandatory: completed technical or food-related training (butcher or master butcher; food technologist, machine and plant operator, baker)
  • Professional experience in meat processing or food production
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity in handling machines and equipment
  • Love for your job – you like to tackle things head-on.
  • Reliable, independent and structured way of working
  • Strong quality awareness and personal responsibility
  • Teamwork, resilience and flexibility
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system within a 5-day week
