The frozen, pre-cooked egg pasta can be optimally stored and quickly used in à la carte restaurants, front cooking or company catering.

  • 50% cooking in water or steam
  • Good stability

Preparation of unfilled pasta

Frozen in:

  • Cook for approximately 75 seconds in boiling salted water.
  • Fill the baking tray halfway with water, salt the nests and steam for about 4 minutes at 100°C, then drain the water, mix well and oil if necessary.
