Gnocchi

Our gnocchi are distinguished by the special original Italian recipe made from potatoes and the finest durum wheat semolina.

Whether as a side dish, main course, fresh from the pot, baked or prepared as a pan dish – numerous filled and unfilled gnocchi variations offer the highest enjoyment for every need and taste.

Preparation of unfilled (filled) gnocchi

Frozen in:

  • Add to boiling salted water and let simmer until they float to the top.
    (Place in boiling salted water for approximately 7-9 minutes and let cook through)
  • Cook for approximately 4-5 (4-6) minutes at 100°C steam, lightly oiled and salted beforehand.
  • Cook for approximately 5-6 minutes in fat/oil until golden yellow.
